Healthy Homemade Granola Bars
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup toasted wheat germ
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup avacado oil
1/2 cup honey (raw organic unfiltered prefered)
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
nuts and dried cranberries/raisins
Combine ingredients without over mixing and spread out mixture evenly over a large lightly greased baking sheet until it’s less than 1/2 inch thick. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes
