Beef Stew


Beef Stew

1 1b stew meat seared on high heat in oil
2 bay leaves
2 tsp salt
4 cups water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
Shake of garlic powder
Shake of clove
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp minced fresh rosemary (or 1/2 tsp dried)
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp sugar or honey
1 medium onion chopped
5 carrots sliced
4-6 yukan gold potatoes chopped

Simmer all the ingredients except the carrots and potatoes for an hour or until the stew meat is tender. Add the carrots and potatoes and cook until they are soft. Serve with warm French Bread Recipe
